Here's Davey with a "normal" look. Kinda smart alecky and cute.

Ok....now that he's left the room I can write about him. He's my husband (duh) and we met in 1992 and married in 1994. He is funny, cute, obnoxious, a great daddy, my best friend, lover, and the person that can drive me bonkers the fastest. He puts empty containers back in the fridge and always forgets to call when he's running late. He's gotten multiple speeding tickets, tho more warnings due to the dimples. He has totalled not one but 2 cars in the 6 years we've been married. He talks in
his sleep...about programming. He loves watching baseball and football. He falls asleep in movies and forgets important details like when bills are due and I'd bet money if you asked him which long distance company we use he couldn't tell you.

Now, I had to write the "flaws" above because it's taken me 7 years to find that many.

He's a sweetie. He cooks, cleans, diapers, works full-time and lets me stay home, and actually has a decent voice. :o) Something you may not know, even my siblings, he's a GREAT dancer. I wonder sometimes if that first dance, days after our first date and then the slow dances at White Rose are what won me over. I mean, he's a package deal but the way he danced with me definitely had an effect. He tells awful jokes and I always laugh. He's got the cutest dimples and smile and his hugs can melt away anger. He rubs my shoulders and held my hair for me during months of morning sickness. He buys me jewelry and plays nintendo with me. He is my other half, my debate partner, most obviously, he's my friend. No one else in the world would be strong enough to put up with all the crud he deals with. I admire his strength and am very thankful for his love. God gave me a perfect gift when He sat me next to this boy at that Christmas party and I'm trying to remember to thank Him daily for my other half...even tho he snores. :o)
